Lou Holtz sideline jacket - Notre Dame 88/89. Ball card (football card) showing him wearing it, comes with it. Sized Medium (not a large man) with “Holtz” hand written on the collar tag inside.

Any value in this item? My Dad won it in a silent auction, 20+ years ago, when Lou’s sister lived in Houston.

My Dad recently moved and this item was in a box for me to do as wish?

What’s it worth today?

No , but he was a grass eater prior to Les Miles.

When I was in HS ( late 80s), I loved the “black shoes” schools. ND was the main one, until our Gardere led Horns of ‘90! They donned the black shoes that year for the first time, since the grass days of the 60-70s.

Of course I was A Longhorn fan prior to that and for LIFE!

WOW!

That’s GREAT!

I have a close friend who would be interested in this if you find a value for the jacket.
