This is a fun game. Did Chip Kelly lose "it"?

Who is the crew calling this game?  They are terrible.

They are the Wrigley field of announcers

Pat Mcafee, former Colts' punter

Well, he actually IS a wrestling announcer.

No, he just can't see "it" anymore

Chip Kelly checked out from coaching midway through his tenure with the Eagles.  Dude is going to drive UCLA into the ground.

If "it" = the ability to buy 5-star recruits with Phil Knight's money, yes he lost it, but Mario Christobal found it.

Pat McAfee is pretty funny I’m a fan but it’s his first game though and he and his co host to lay off the for the brand...

damn , he really drove on that INT . NFL level pick , almost  pick 6

Ucla, good god!  Can't out run the offense, pick up the personal foul.

nice UCLA way to pick up the acting like an asshole penalty to get out of field goal range

Then a penalty to start the second half?   @Sbbruin at least you're in Catalina.

Finally home. Hell of an acrobatic INT!

EDIT: Well hopefully an INT...

I kind of skipped to the end of the thread, but am I the first one to say that UCLA looks terrible?

Why is UCLA this bad?

UCLA is getting so thoroughly outplayed. I can’t believe it. Cinci outgaining UCLA 292-119.

Cincy aren't scrubs - they had 10 wins last year and expect to be better this year. But yeah, UCLA just looks out of shape and their QB is totally out of sorts.

I guess they did chess instead of conditioning

And after all that, UCLA does a positive thing. Not reaaaaally a "heck of a throw" - the WR had to turn around and run backward to get it.

Lets hope he doesn't go Natalie Wood on us.

Too soon?

Under throws that TD then over throws the next one on the crossing route.

He got ALL of that face mask too

JFC DTR is terrible. An ugly deep ball behind and to the right that gets caught, then he just completely overthrows an open receiver who would’ve scored. Put some touch on that throw, kid.

He really has no fee for the passing game at all.

Chip "the end zone is over there!"

Apparently can't run a read option either

But, a TD after getting suuuper bailed out. Cincy needs to stonewall them there.

Bruins got away with a false start there too, tackles are starting early

Pretty sure they call that the back to the shoulder throw.

Game has the feel that Cincy should be further up than they currently are.

UCLA has been the beneficiaries of some huge turnovers and calls/non-calls just to keep this game within 3. Let’s see if their luck can hold up.

1. It’s back shoulder, not back to the shoulder and

2. That was not a back shoulder throw. He was just way off. You don’t throw it back shoulder when your receiver has already beat the CB that bad.

Order a double and hold on!

Our kicker, JJ Molson, is a direct descendant of the Molson brewery family.  He’s loaded apparently.

I was joking, of course it was a terrible throw.   The back shoulder throw is just used as an excuse for a poorly thrown ball these days.

Ucla not getting any push up front

North Shore has more D-1 players than Cincinnati.

Mustangs lead Katy 21-7 at the half.
