You said it in the only way that matters: you voted for it.

  • I told my friends at work today to get ready for some excuse destroying reality.   We are no longer going to be able to excuse the behavior of voters in this election as 'being foolish', 'hoping Trump

Well, this is weird.  They project 7.1MM for the senate race.  I can't believe 400,000 vote for one and not the other.

Texas 7,132 17,600 40.5

They're going to be very wrong...... like 500k or more wrong.

If turnout continues like this throughout Texas I will have to modify my Cruz by 4-6% prediction to Cruz by 3-5%.

I know, I'm a wild man.

I know, First Amendment, but releasing exit poll data before polls close just isn't right.

When Georgia's voter suppression is proven they should be kicked out of the fucking union.  Cut them off with Florida and let them sink into the ocean.

I guess Alabama will have to go too.  Shame.

There is little to no rhyme or reason on the patterns.

They released a poll yesterday that had it 39-55 heading into the election. That 44-55 isn't actually good news for Democrats relative to expectations.

Early exit polls are showing that I left work and started drinking whisky.

First wave of exits are quite unreliable.  As most people remember from 2016....

Other exit polling:

72% white turnout - if this holds, lowest in FOREVER.

I always thought she had life, especially if the Native Americans show up, but also remember: it's North Dakota.  Those 18-29 could just be oil dudes.  Super Republican.

First instinct is to attribute North Dakota to the oil boom but the boom maxed out in 2013 or so, right?

Trumps approval rating is at an all time low, but JCI chili cheese dogs before going to an election watch party and before my wife gets home is polling at an all time high.

Shares of Breseden can be had for 22 cents (+430) right now...

You can buy "no" on republicans winning the Senate race TN for $0.18, or buy "yes" on Democrats winning the race for $0.24. Seems ripe for arbitrage if you could buy enough contracts to justify the effort. Either that or I dont understand their markets.
