June 23, 20223 yr Gerry - Best Class Scenario WITH Arch:  The Texas Longhorns have landed the No. 1-ranked prospect in the On3 Consensus Arch Manning, and now have a clear path to a top 5 class. With Manning in the fold, along with seven other commitments, Inside Texas Texas takes a look at the Longhorns best class scenario. A class that would provide Steve Sarkisian and staff back-to-back top 5 classes. This best class scenario is made up of 29 players, including 22 members of the On3 Consensus top 300. All 29 will not be in the class, but a combination of the numbers gets Texas a second straight top 5 class. Texas Longhorns best class scenario QB Arch Manning, New Orleans (La.) June 23, 20223 yr Popular Post This feels a little bit like the Chris Simms commitment with regard to the trajectory of the program. At least I hope so. That was a game changer.Â

That was a game changer. I have been saying the same. Simms never won the natty here, but his commitment was HUGE in Texas separating itself from the recruiting pack.... there were a LOT of dominoes over the next few years that did win a title. Â

June 23, 20223 yr Hell of an endorsement for Sark and the future of Texas football. He ran this recruitment like a boss.
