Sweet and spicy bacon burger on Texas Toast, add grilled japs, no mustard, sub onion rings slammed and went very hard; just like it always does. Yall ever thought of putting onion rings on your burger? It seems Portland thinks how "Western" burger should be. Edited October 11, 20196 yr by workswithseed

October 14, 20196 yr Chef friend used to offer a "Farmer's Burger" off-menu during lunch at his Top 100 DMN restaurant. Regular burger with a very flat pounded, battered-and-friend pork cutlet. It slammed and went hard.
October 14, 20196 yr Mustard on a burger = good. Mayo on a burger = good. Quit being picky you little bitches.
October 15, 20196 yr Really wish this was going in the other thread, but no dice. Had the Avocado Bacon Burger tonight, no onions, add japs. It fucking sucked, had the dreaded lukewarm patty/unmelted cheese combo. This was my usual location, probably only the second time I've had one bad enough to be pissed.
October 15, 20196 yr With its cult-like popularity, how has Whataburger been unable to get a Chick-fil-a quality workforce?

This happens regularly on the 28th street location when ordering a Whataburger. I order the special burgers as they don't seem to be cooked until ordered, like the old days when you had to wait for an order.
October 15, 20196 yr i watched multiple people sit more than 15 minutes in the drive thru on sunday morning. still waitaburger go inside!

I don’t know but the last several times I’ve been, at least 2 separate locations, their service has been way closer to Popeyes level than Chick-fil-a level.
October 15, 20196 yr I quit burgers with buns a couple of years ago, so I guess my timing was good. I do miss having a Monterey melt once in a while, though.

Edge of bun crispy, meat hot and not light gray, melted cheese Fuck 28th street whataburger...just go to Dirtys - who's Grilled Chicken Sandwich is extremely underrated.
October 16, 20196 yr This has nothing to do with Chicago, but the taquitos seem to get slightly smaller every year. By 2025 they're going to be the size of an egg roll and cost $6 each.

October 17, 20196 yr Regardless of any slippage, I'd still kill everyone of you assholes for a whataburger in my town.
October 17, 20196 yr I've detected no slippage. Takes forever as per usual, but quality is AOK. Think I'll go test my closest Whataburger for lunch to be sure.
