I wouldn’t buy an exotic car, but I don’t get buying an expensive pickup either. Trucks are for hauling stuff. They don’t need to be nice for that, and if I don’t have a need for that, I’m not buying one at all.

Yea not sure the point of having a Denali or Lincoln truck.

Very nice looking but other than hauling groceries... there's not many things to put back there. I guess it shows you have money

Easy to say I guess since I'll never have $500K to piss away on a car.

How are you even allowed to post on here?

Bingo.

I don't really understand luxury vehicles at all.  If I had Bill Gates money I wouldn't buy a luxury vehicle.  I'd have a full cab pickup with a full length box.  Probably an F250.  Just something that runs, and can be fixed anywhere, that can move people and materials.

I've become an unadulterated fan of LaCroix with it's fake flavors, zero sugars and club soda.

Vodka and lemon LaCroix is my go-to at home.

How did these get so popular? They are just generic cookies to me.

You have a problem with generic cookies? They are tasty and at least these support Girl Scouts and aren’t just lining the Walton heirs’ pockets.

Are you a baylor guy?

LaCroix tastes like liquified dryer sheets. Drink one, and you're thirstier than when you started.

Troof. That show is the patron saint of "TV series that did not age well," which could be it's own thread.

I’m constantly amazed at how easily entertained we were growing up in the 70’s.

Happy Days was a solid show before it became all about the Fonz.

Yeah, at some point it jumped the shark. Hard to say exactly when, though.

It could've been worse. We could've been watching reality TV and thinking it was real.

Fuck yeah! Have you seen how good The Big Bang Theory is? It's a classic.

I wholeheartedly agree, my point was more about Real Housewives of [whatever] and that whole genre

It's one of my daughter's favorite shows so we always watch it together.  If that makes me a bad person then so be it.

You always get a pass for watching a show with your kid, no matter how terrible it is.

I remember 2.5 men show way back in the day. It wasn't half bad.
#991

Two and a Half Men was great in the early seasons. I don't get the hate. It's a story about a boozing womanizer who hates his domineering mother. What's not to like about that? It lost a lot of its appeal when the kid got older and Charlie started getting into relationships. But when the kid was little and there was an endless parade of hot babes on the show it was solid entertainment.

Didn’t care for Charlie or Cryer but loved the kid and maid, should’ve had a spinoff of just those two.

Never watched BBT, do like the mousy blonde on it though.

Agreed.  She's the same chick from the State Farm commercials where the agent is "Jake from State Farm".
