Bombay Bistro is my crack.

Here's a clip from an Indian restaurant.  Thank god for gay British dudes.

Bombay Dhaba. It's a food truck on S 1st. The goat biryani is the best I've had, and I used to live in the UK.

Teji's is my favorite.  love the goat dishes

Saffron Westlake is my local go-to.  super nice folks who run it, I hope it is successful

Tried Vixen's Wedding this weekend (dumb name, I know) and it is "Goan Indian/Portuguese fusion" - everything we had was way more Indian than Portuguese, and it was damn good.  I was impressed

Anyone been to Nasha?

I've been once.  gf said "its like the Grateful Dead of Indian restaurants," which made sense at the time.   I don't remember anything remarkable about the food one way or the other.  YMMV.

Service takes five hours and the head chef is missing a finger?

Bombay Bistro is our go-to for Indian; I've been meaning to check out the food truck on S. First.

Asiana in the southwest corner of william cannon and I-35 has been good the few times I've been there. I like their lamb rogan josh.

I'm not sure what's the best -- we kinda just hang with Clay Pit and Tarka -- but the answer is NOT Zaika.

I guess I recommended them on the other site, it's been awhile since I have gone.

Yes, great food still, and an awesome lunch special.

You get a pita, rice, 2 or 3 different currys, mango pudding, and some coconut cold soup I never eat for 10 or 11 dollars.
