April 6, 20187 yr Saw the trailer for that the other day and thought it looked pretty good. Loved the book so looking forward to this.
April 6, 20187 yr One of my favorite books. The movie they made way back in the day suuuuuccccked. This looks very cool.
April 6, 20187 yr One of my favorite books, but the book is about how much TV destroys us...so we make a TV movie about it? Sounds about right.
April 6, 20187 yr I have yet to see a theatrical treatment of this story that does the book justice. I'll watch it, but with tempered expectations.

April 9, 20187 yr Loved the book, hated the 70s adaptation. Hopefully this doesn't suck. I love me some Michael Shannon though.
April 10, 20187 yr I feel like this would be better if it was set in the 50's version of dystopia instead of our modern version of it. Maybe more of a Hunger Games feel and less of a Minority Report feel. But I'll probably watch it still.
May 21, 20187 yr I fell asleep and missed the last 20 minutes. Some stories are better left in their original form - this was one.
May 21, 20187 yr Movie was bad. I should have thrown in the towel when I fell asleep watching Saturday night, but I went back for it to finish me off Sunday afternoon.
May 21, 20187 yr I only finished it because I couldn’t finish the Rockets 3rd quarter last night. Tough call as to which was the bigger abortion.
May 22, 20187 yr Since SV and Barry are done, the only thing I have to watch is Westworld so was really hoping this would be good. Hard pass based on comments and I’m not a big fan of MBJ anyways
May 26, 20187 yr Just finished the movie. It seems the story was dumbed down for entertainment purposes which was what Bradbury was criticising in the book. WTF?
May 26, 20187 yr Like said earlier I had tempered expectations. Michael Shannon always knocks it out of the park. But, Michael B. Jordan cancels that out. He is not a good actor. I liked the British film better.
