Did CJ come back in or is he out?

If defense can't force a turnover or punt, then it's game over.

Oh, if the other team doesn’t score points we lose? Thanks for the insight.

we need to hold to a FG and then get a TD.  the opposite happened.

Eagles has no hands. Epps has no drive. Jake has no playing time. Johnson has no injury avoidance skills. Duverney has no help.

Sam's accuracy is shit

Have you been watching this game?

Play the ball with the left hand as he holds with the right.

Gee....you think?

75% of our pass plays are 50/50 balls to the sideline. Riley is literally 10x the coach that Herman is. Half of OU’s plays are to wide open players.

Our receivers were open last year. Grinch is a damn good coach.

Why are we trying to run slow as Sam there?
Notebook says we need a FG too so don't take any chances.

Playcalling is fucking aids. Short side 2 times in a row in the red zone. Un-fucking-believable.

Get a turnover or even better a score D!

Or how about, in that scenario, the lead would be insurmountable? Slow down your drinking.

OU game plan hold every play, they can’t call them all.

OU sucks ass. We have half our team injured, are playing like absolute shit and it’s still a one score game.

Take away Hurts first read and he’s awful.

Our offensive line and special teams have fucked this game for us.

Oh and our coaches too.

We’re all tired of your so called reality!

Their QB has had wayyy bettter protection than ours.  But yeah we do not scheme as well to get guys open.

Sam is really off today.  Wouldn't be shocked to learn he got his ribs hurt again.  He's running tentatively and his passes aren't as accurate as usual.  With out WR size advantage that throw to Eagles should have been up high.

It would be a novel concept to get Duvernay and Smith on the field at the same time

Terrible throw.  Get that high to the back corner and it's 7.

yep.  that one is on Sam.  he's probably worried about a strip sack as our OL has been a sieve the whole game.

I think we all know how this drive is going to go

their dbs grabbing every single play knowing the refs arnt gonna call it back to back

Ours would grab also, if they were close enough

Hey guys run the fucking ball with #2

Why? He's only averaging 12 yards per carry.

Two touchdowns sure sounded good though.

Someone said it earlier, but OU just plays the odds. They play aggressively and know they'll not get called for it more often than not. This goes for both OL holding as well as the D PI and holding. Also note the earlier play where Kertstetter was called for illegal formation. The OU defender, not sure which one, committed an obvious personal foul hitting and pushing Shack after the whistle and it was ignored. The ref crew was far too busy to notice such a thing.

wtf is the story here?  he’s good.  he and duv can play at the same time.  is mensa giving him the cedric benson treatment?

sell out because we can't even afford to give up a FG and then give up a big play?

Really need a TO or a big negative play on this drive.

Because our defense is not capable of stopping an opposing offense between the 20’s this game may be over.

Players are going to give up just like the coaches gave up on that last drive. Really needed a touchdown there to wake up the team.

I caught that, too.

That has more to do with the two defenses than the two offenses. If they swapped defensive strategies we'd probably see reversed offensive results.

Maddenesque.

That’s really the issue. OU works entire plays with the intent of getting one guy free down the field. Texas runs mostly iso routes + sloppy lateral screens that might work against inferior competition. It doesn’t help we can’t establish the run today.

10 carries by our running backs combined. Mensa'd. Roschon is averaging 11 per touch...

He loves those sideline throws, swing passes and runs with Ingram for 2 yards.

he's looking at the rush and they have done a good job of holding him in the run game
