Really cool article from The Athletic on Pop from guys who didn't spend very much time on the team "Keith Langford (2007-08, 2 games): I’m not a Spurs fan by any means. But I’ll defend them tooth

the epic battle for the 8 seed with phx and nola continues.

memphis has the inside track to the first round slaughter.

nice to see DDR playing well lately - maybe someone wants him.  could do alot worse at the trade deadline.

and OKC is the surprise team of the year.

Class act organization. I’m surprised they were even competitive tonight. Bryn even played some D. I’ll admit, seeing Timmy emotional damn near broke me.

Timmah and Kobe were going into the HOF together this year..... Gonna be a bit bittersweet for him.

I had no idea he even had emotions, outside of his family. Too bad Garnett will also go in. Kind of puts a damper on the whole evening.

Please tell me we're not going to do what Mark Cuban has done and say no Spur will ever wear #24 again.

We don’t retire other players jerseys. We just retire all of our players jerseys. They’re saving that honor for Richard Jefferson.

Every time I see Nick Young, I wonder how in the fuck Iggy Azalea ever happened.

Fuck this fucking bullshit team.

I think they had a 40 point swing from the exact time I posted that. I'm giving myself all the credit for it.

So the "2020 Drunk Thread" is two spurs fans and zepol?  Sounds about right.  Drink when they suck, drink when they pull 35 point swing out their ass. Drink one for Kobe, etc.

Drink when Bryn Forbes allows his man to score. Drink when they show his pedophilesque  hair and mustache combination on television. Drink when he hits a three and acts all badass, but they’re losing by 15.

I drink a lot.

Drink when you live in San Antonio, drink when you remember how good we were for 20+ years, drink when Kawhi is on national tv, drink when Forbes plays more than 8 minutes, etc.

Edit - Kermit beat me to it. Forbes sucks

The Hemisfair was a great place to watch a game as long as you weren’t behind one of those poles. That place would get really loud.
