June 10, 20205 yr Yeah, I miss the days when that would mean something to me. I haven’t watched The Finals in 6 years now and won’t for the foreseeable future.

June 12, 20205 yr Wow...that’s a powerful statement for him to make. Just from seeing his posts here and on the SA Spurs fan groups on Facebook, Lonnie seems like a pretty damn good person. I sure would like to see him get more playing time as well. He’s a really easy person to cheer for.
June 12, 20205 yr Amazing story about Lonnie. Salute to him for getting to a point where he feels he doesn't need his hair to mask his pain and to have the strength to talk about his trauma. Hope for happiness as a player and person. Seems to have a good sense of humor about the hair.
June 12, 20205 yr Man... how can you not root for Lonnie Walker? This team seems destined to bottom out in the next year or so, I just hope he makes it through to the other side.
June 26, 20205 yr I still remember hearing that the Spurs had won that lottery. I was driving down I35 coming back from San Marcos and couldn’t believe it. We’ve been in the lottery 3 times and we’ve gotten David Robison (1st), Sean Elliott (3rd), and Tim Duncan (1st).

July 13, 20205 yr Yeah, Patty is a good dude. He was an integral part of the second unit in 2014. I'll never forget seeing him in the preseason in 2014 after he had been relegated to the bench the year before. He worked his ass off to get into terrific shape and become a contributing member to a title team. He also seems like a pretty good guy off the court. I think he'd be a great guy to have a drink with (no homo). Anyway, congrats to Patty for making a difference.
July 13, 20205 yr Patty has grown on me over the years, especially since he became the last vestige of the old guard and assumed a leadership role on the team. Still, there were a lot of times he made me really miss peak Tony Parker.

TP was an easy guy to take for granted, especially later in his career when he lost some sizzle and replaced it with solid, smart play.
July 16, 20205 yr The front court in Orlando is going to be the equivalent of a G League team. LMA and Lyles out. That leaves Poeltl, Metu, Eubanks and Rudy. 2020 continues to deliver. https://sports.yahoo.com/spurs-f-trey-lyles-out-for-season-with-appendicitis-010219924.html
July 16, 20205 yr I saw this in an abandoned building yesterday. It's still there if one of you wants to take it for a good luck charm or something.

July 20, 20205 yr Marco must have been jerkin it too much if he has an elbow brace after 4 months off.
July 23, 20205 yr Author https://www.nba.com/bucks/?tmd=1 Scrimmage will be televised here, allegedly.
July 23, 20205 yr Down 47-41 at the half. We look pretty rusty but that's no surprise right now, Bucks do too. Marco looks like shit, but at least provides some shooting. Rudy looks like complete dogshit, every play he's been a part of he has failed miserably. Keldon Johnson provides good energy and plays good defense when he's not guarding Giannis, and he's beating our ass and making it look easy-15 points in the first half with 10 minute quarters. It's just a worthless scrimmage but it'll good to have this shitty team back for a short time.
July 23, 20205 yr final 113-92. 19 turnovers by SA and 34 free throw attempts for the Bucks in a 40 minute game. This may be painful, but it'll be quick.
