Be prepared to have your intelligence insulted.

"Our strength dept works more than anyone on our necks and traps. I don't know why we keep getting injured."

“Proud of how our guys fought”

Something about “our development as a program” and being able to win even when we don’t play our best

“*loud gulping water sound*”

Did I miss any?

“We are not baaaa-aaack, actually. I am a cruel joke and you must wander in the desert for 3 more years.”

automatic win if you have that square.

Was the phone call during the presser Herman answered a few weeks ago with the caller ID “Fraud Alert” foretelling?

Definitely gum chewing, beating around the bush on certain questions, "proud of how our guys fought" will be in the opening statement

“I don’t think people are giving Coach Miles the credit he deserves, this Kansas team can beat any team in the country when they get rolling”

"I just put fifty on Miles and you spoiled, arrogant, entitled fans still aren't happy."

“Thankful for the kicker.”

Which kicker- he needs to thank both the Kansas kicker for missing and ours for hitting them.

Oh I forgot to add a snarky comment about us all having PTSD as fans

I've already loaned the Kansas kicker a used subaru.

It will go exactly like his post game interview. He’ll say “I’m not going to make any excuses” and then he’ll start listing excuses. Then he will end by saying it’s difficult to win any game in this league and the fans should be happy with any victory.

Brian Davis really got under Herman's skin last night with criticism of no pass rush...

Time for other media members to step up and see if Mensa loses his cool.... C'mon Kurt Bowels, Fuckin Chip Brown, and Anwar Sucks Ass....

"Coach, opponents have completed 100 passes for 3000 yards this season when your defensive backs were facing away from the ball.  What's the plan to address this?"

Will he roll out either of these two chestnuts:

1. Noting how the definition of insanity is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different result; or

2. In discussing their upcoming game at TCU referencing the Armageddon line of “scariest environment imaginable”?

This staff has not seen our media of fans turn ugly, they came close last night. People were starting to lose their shit in that 4th quarter. Monday and yesterday showed Coach's thin skin, I'd be ok with it if he directed some of that anger at his staff.

I'll say it again, A's hire A's and B's hire C's. Coach fucked up by not making at least 2 changes last offseason, you never want to turn over the necessary 5 or 6 needed in one move.

An aggressive, “Questions!”

"We are facing some injuries and depth this seasons, we felt necessary for the defense to stop practicing after the LSU game. Unfortunately that means we havent been able to teach the DB's to turn around or wrap their arms"

"That's a locker room full of guys that love each other."

"Good practice Sunday, players full of spirit,  we realize our goals are still ahead"

"I told the team championship teams win when they don't play great.   We are making progress."

"I saw an improvement in tackling"   (actually said that postgame)

"To go for it on 4th down twice was correct according to the binder,  should have a better playcall by myself"

"Not listening to outside noise"

Tom Herman: "This week speaks for itself. Extremely excited to start preparing. That began a little last night but mostly in earnest this morning. We'll be burning the midnight oil tonight trying to find a way to score some points and hold them to something reasonable."

"Saturday's game reminded me of a scene in 'Of Mice and Men', where Lenny is trying to bury Curly's wife in the hay but the body won't stay buried".

According to Michelle, Tom named his cock, "Winning." Cogitate that the next time he says this.
