On 13 October 2019 on my way into work, I was involved ina hit-and-run accident. I need legal representation to go after the guy that hut my car. I'm not a lawyer. I dont wish to cause undue harm. That being said, I've have a constant headache and backache since the accident. My issues from my time In iraq and Afghanistan and Iraq have been giving me a lot of problems. Life has been difficult for me. I need help.

I posted your question in the FW thread, probably have better luck there.

Thanks.

Do you have info on the other driver?  If uninsured, which seems likely, you are going to be mostly SOL.

But to assist your claim, and on general principles, see your doctor and do what he recommends, with the idea that the costs will be covered.  Mention that it's the result of a car wreck and that medical records should differentiate things caused/aggravated by the wreck versus pre-existing conditions.

Art Brender is a good PI attorney.  While your claim may be small for them, they may refer you to someone.  https://brenderlawfirm.com/

Jason Smith is a younger dude, used to be well-regarded.  He may be pretty employment oriented. http://letsgotocourt.com/
