October 27, 20196 yr Built in just stopped working, so I pulled it out discharged the capacitor, and found the thermoswitch with a burnt up wire. Great that's an easy fix, ordered the part, and it came yesterday got ready to put it in, and realized it didn't come with a replacement wire connection. Look online and shit, nobody sells replacements with the spade connectors already preconnected and insulated properly. I worked with wire before, but never in an appliance and given the manufacturer piece burnt up I'm not interested in burning my kitchen down. Anyone know where to get this mofo fixed? I'd rather not replace it if I don't have to, and I figure I already have the damn part, all a tech needs to do is wire it in Pictures if that helps: https://ibb.co/kqTwGrb https://ibb.co/61HzMrB

October 27, 20196 yr Take a bread twisty and strip off the plastic cover. Use that to bind the wire to the connector.
October 27, 20196 yr Just need to trim back burned section of wire and install new high temp rated connector. The plastic shielding over connector not necessary, you can cover with high temp electrical tape if desired. Important to use good crimping tool. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0071NC78C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WTATDb6P6M4GA
October 27, 20196 yr They include the wire when you buy a new microwave. Then you also have a spare of all the other parts.
