It's all about top seed right now in the AFC.  If the Pats hold onto it, they'll play in the Super Bowl.  No one will beat them in Foxboro in January.    They've got a bye coming up, then at the Eagles, Cowboys, at Texans, then the Chiefs.  Work's cut out for them.

That graphic they showed about the qbs they’ve played vs who’s coming up was eye raising, wrt just how good is their defense.

I feel warm and fuzzy inside thinking of all the aggy cringing in unison watching that Sunday night football prime time promo of Jimmy Fallon yelling TEXAS TEXAS TEXAS!

Those lights are something new this year. LED lighting systems.  Both UGA and Bama have them installed and been doing the flashing thing after scores. Looks annoying.

Indeed, it was.

Pretty much. I am already reading about people now saying they were exposed and won't play in the Super Bowl. Seems I read this every single year when they lose a game. People overreact. They were never going to go 16-0. Their defense was not going to keep playing at that level every single week. A game in November is much different than a game in January with the Pats. If they get homefield, I find it hard to think any of the teams this year will take them down.

Chiefs got a huge win yesterday without Mahomes over a good Vikings team. Helps them keep pace with the Ravens and Pats to try and get a first round bye. I think the top 2 seeds will be 2 of those 3 teams. With the Texans close behind.
