I liked OT Ezra Cleveland but he will go soon enough.

Except that’s exactly what he did.

This is nowhere near a reach. A lot had Diggs as a first rounder and mocked to Dallas at 17.

He was the best player available or close enough to it at a position of need. It’s a great pick and great value. Cmon man.

No my bad I’m drunk. Most mock drafts had him going higher than 51.

Akers over Dobbins is interesting for Rams.
dobbins, moss from Utah and Perine from Florida best available RBs now

every one of these players bios for ESPN have either  mom, dad, brother, sister dead.

or mom/dad/brother/sister  cancer.

or mom/dad/brother/sister drug/alcohol addiction.

Security I guess in case Wentz dies during the regular season or develops the yips in the post season? The fuck.

ESPN staff meeting--"Okay remember we need to get 40 times, bench reps, and cause of death and illnesses survived for every relative for every one of these guys that might get drafted."

Please please draft Dev in second round! This is progress compared to the last several drafts!

Oh I get to hate Hurts since he is playing for the evil empire. I think I dislike ISIS and the coronavirus less than Philly fans.

Taysom Hill type package for Hurts on the Eagles

Hurts isn’t a bad guy. I guess eagles take their backup QBs seriously. No shit.

All good. The boys were tied to him most of the process. I’m glad they didn’t take him earlier or trade up.

Position change? Betting on their quarterback on long term contract dying? What a bizarre pick

When you grow up a die hard Cowboys fan then move to Chicago and spend 15 years watching a franchise that's somehow run even worse than The Jones crew...clorox.

Maybe they figure they can put 9 TE’s out on the field at the same time and Trubisky has a chance of hitting one of them.

Backup took them to a super bowl win. I guess it’s their thing lol

Considering Wentz's durability record they kind of have to.

Having quarterbacks named Wentz and Hurts on your team is kind of like having a bullpen with pitchers named Homer and Walk.

Iowa kid looked really thrilled to be going to Buffalo.

he figured he had a 70% chance of going to a warmer weather city than Des Moines.... got buffaloed instead

Kinda weird how fortunes in NFL have changed. Tampa Bay is now cool and Buffalo has great odds to win that division.

I wouldn’t bet on it.

It feels like bama has had 15 guys drafted already.

I think they said last night Saban was the first coach since 1967 to have all skill players drafted in the first round. His first round bingo card is done.

this Eagles pick is serious holy shit

So frustrating. They make incredible decisions on UDFAs and regular FAs to fill out the roster, but the drafting is fucking ridiculous. You can't use Hurts in short yardage, Wentz is already really good at that and it's supposed to be "his team". Hurts couldn't really pass at the NCAA level much less NFL. I guess we have a great scout team Dak for the two Cowboys games at least.

Was OK with the Reagor pick in round one, he'll catch some balls and that's better than surrendering whatever resources were needed to move up for CeeDee.

Not just skill players, all starting 22, not counting specialists, as nobody takes kickers/punters in the 1st round, although Tampa Bay flirted with it.

What does this mean?  That he's had a qb, RB, te and wr drafted in the first round at some point?  If so, I have to think someone else has done that since 1967.

Edit- Never mind, I saw reply explaining it.  All 22 is impressive.

Well hello there, Jake Fromm's mom.

Big 12 WRs have a bad stigma in the NFL right now tbh. Scouts feel SEC/Big 10 etc go up. against better DBs in college. Duv is better than most of these but ehhh

Fromm's mom needs to go change if she wants more primetime tv time.
