Looking for an estate attorney recommendation in SA. Someone that will be patient with a senior citizen.

She has a Siberian Husky in San Fucking Antonio.

So make sure your senior citizen is hydrated and dressed appropriately before they go see her.

She had it in Austin in Law School 10 years ago, so she’s kept it alive a long time.

Is she still recommended? I posted in another thread, but I will post here:

I've run this request through the LLMs, so I have a good idea of what I need, so now I am coming here to ask if any of you guys know a specific someone to talk to.

Here is the cliff notes version of the story:

My maternal grandmother died  around 2003. My mom and her sister never executed the estate (San Antonio, Texas) through probate*. We are now 20+ years past my grandmother's death, and there are issues of back taxes and a property that has been sitting dormant for over two decades.

* lots of denial, not wanting to face reality and a bunch of other things

I'm looking for an estate and probate attorney, someone with experience in "late probate," "heir-ship proceedings," or "estate administration". So anyone involved in this or have a recommendation?

Thanks in advance.
