Yeah, I wish I had a sad emoji for this situation as it makes me incredibly sad. Gifted athlete, natural defender ... but his head ain't right. Dunno if it's always been this way or something that sort of evolved over the past couple of seasons, but I don't see him playing another minute in the NBA at this point.
November 24, 20232 yr Honestly, it's looking pretty obvious how in the fuck The University of Texas lost to Abilene Christian University in the NCAA Tournament with Shaka recruiting chuckleheaded dip shits like this. I was kind of indifferent to Shaka when he left here but seeing what he's able to do at Marquette makes me think he just sand bagged his time here and stole our money like a fucking thief. Fuck that big nosed clown.

October 12, 20241 yr Hope he's got his mind right and makes the most of this new opportunity. Tremendous athlete and one of my favorite "short-time" 'Horns. Edited October 12, 20241 yr by Braff Zacklin
October 12, 20241 yr and unlike greg brown, jericho sims, and jaxson hayes, kai actually has real basketball skill and acumen. he can absolutely have a 10+ year career in the league if he can get/keep his head right.

October 19, 20241 yr Preseason is weird. I hope he figures it out but we've seen similar flashes from him before and he has just never popped on the scene.
October 19, 20241 yr i have zero doubt that he has everything required to become a tenured nba vet. it’s just his mental health/social life/off court stuff that will determine if he makes it or not. if he gets that shit together and lives and trains like a professional then he could become a coveted role player for any number of playoff teams.
