September 5, 20205 yr Haha. No Ferrari in Q3. 1st time ever at Monza Edited September 5, 20205 yr by TonyTexas
September 5, 20205 yr No Ferrari in top-10 of qualifying at home grand prix for the first time since 1984, wow.

September 5, 20205 yr The white lines made it a bit more interesting. I don't have an issue with that either. Well, time to get some work done in the yard.
September 5, 20205 yr Not that I expect that anyone is reading this thread before watching qualifying, or that anyone will go back and look, but there was a really cool shot at the 10:16 - 10:09 mark of Q3 where you could really see the aero "wake" coming off of Bottas's car where it disrupted the "shimmering heat waves" (don't know the technical team, but you know what I mean) coming off of the track surface. Also, I realize that this will never happen, but I would love to see Vettel just say fuck it and sign up with Tony Stewart's SRX series. This (plus Willy T. Ribbs) is the first half of the list of participants.
September 5, 20205 yr that Q1 mess makes me really want a couple of reverse grid rolling start qualy races each year

Just watch how easily the car handles certain turns vs what the other cars look like. Look how little of the road they use compared to everyone else at Parabolica, ofr instance. It's ridiculous. And look at Lewis & Bottas's wheel inputs. That car is on rails.

September 6, 20205 yr The Skinny Jeans trend, especially for grown ass men announcers is horrible. Jenson Button looks ridiculous.
September 6, 20205 yr I reckon for Ferrari it is a good thing that there are no fans in the stands or else there could be blood after the race.
September 6, 20205 yr Vettel with a brake failure. Smashes through the styrofoam blocks off the track. Rear brake line failed. Terrible. He was 17th at the time. 🤯 Edited September 6, 20205 yr by PittsburghTiger
September 6, 20205 yr Hamilton win inevitable but the battle for remainder of podium should be interesting.
September 6, 20205 yr Albon with a pass on LeClerc. LeClerc down in 14th, getting pressure from Giovinazzi, decides to make the pit stop and puts on hard tires.
September 6, 20205 yr Surprising that Max hasn't pressed Bottas more to force him into a mistake or more temperature issues.
September 6, 20205 yr Pit closed questions abound. Hamilton came in and changed tires while pit lane was closed. Is it going to be an issue?
September 6, 20205 yr The Haas was stopped close to pit entrance. The track workers were getting ready to push the car to the pits. Hamilton came in and changed tires, the one and only stop of the race. But did it while pit was closed. There has to be a penalty.
September 6, 20205 yr Hamilton might be in trouble with the yellow, red and a penalty. Edited September 6, 20205 yr by TonyTexas
September 6, 20205 yr That clip of LeClerc's car on the hook stuck on the barrier is a good summation of Ferrari's season, and state of the team.

Sure the Merc is still faster but Lewis wasn’t up two seconds until the third lap instead of section 2 of lap one.
