I said it earlier, it came down to that really bad decision to run a reverse on 1st down at the Tn 15.     The QB was gashing TN for 7-8 yards a run,   you call that play on first instead and maybe its 2nd and 4 instead of 2nd and 18  and they can get the 1st and another TD chance.  

but they exacerbated the fuckup by not even remotely anticipating an onside kick with 4 mins left when TN still had all 3 TOs left.  thats not exactly a surprise moment there.   uncommon yes, surprise... nope
