Anybody else catch the chick with the big rack vamping for the camera on the FG attempt that was negated by the TO?

Holy fuck balls. Two things:  The Vikings won a game they seemed destined to give away as is their destiny, and  If you're calling Rudolph's hand fighting move in the endzone offensive PI

  • I’m so goddamn glad that the whiniest team and its fans are gone for the year. We won’t have to hear them crying anymore until next year!

Clock management here was so bad. Vikings playing super soft on the outside and the Saints keep throwing 5-7 yard routes over the middle instead of just taking the same yardage with an easy out of bounds. Then with 33 seconds left, just call the timeout. Instead they waste 12 seconds to snap and lose another 10 to the penalty.

On the first down play, the receiver stayed in bounds to make an extra three yards.

Vikings fucked this game to hell once going up 10. They played conservative and not to lose.

And yes, their defense was soft as shit on that last game tying drive. I don't get it at all. All they needed was a FG. They allowed the Saints to get chunks after chunks with ease.

Coin toss winner is huge.

Can’t stand how the coin toss is so important. Each team should get a possession.

Yep. That was terrible. And the Saints didn’t have any sense of urgency.

Minn gets the ball first. Does anyone expect Cousins to win the game here?

Would love to see them go to College rules for OT

Good god no. College OT isn't even real football. Starting at the 25? You can have defensive games like LSU/aggy last year go into 7 OTs or whatever. It turns into fucking arena league football. NFL's is perfect. Maybe you can guarantee both teams the ball but that's the only tweak I'd make.

Kinda bullshit that they let him get that practice kick off without a delay of game, but whatever. Lutz is legit. He would’ve made it anyway

agreed. especially at the end of the 1st half

I’m thinking that Cousins will do his version of the butt fumble.

Anything could happen. A long TD catch/run, a big turnover. I'm thinking something explosive

Patriots lose and two OT games. Been a helluva wild card weekend so far. Philly getting thrashed would be a nice capper.

This. The fact that both leagues have a insanely stupid OT style has always driven me crazy.

NFL OT sucks. There has to be some happy medium between college rules & the NFL rules for overtime.

Imagine a 65-57 Superbowl. It would be amazing

Yep yep! I’m looking forward to that and seeing former Longhorns play for Seattle.

At least the NFL's OT incorporates the whole field and it's real football.

If they kicked off and made them go the length of the field, but go by college rules, I think that would be best case scenario. But college OT is stupid. It’s exciting, but stupid. They shouldn’t be starting in FG range, but the idea of someone scoring a TD on the opening possession of OT to end it is stupid too.

How is that not holding? What in the fuck is going on here? I have no stake in this game but that was ridiculous.

Yes

nfl ot rule is still regarded. we were a coin flip away from it being fixed last year.

Well...

Wouldn't be surprised if Saints hold 'em out of the endzone

Love that play call on 1st down. Go for it all. Hard to move it down the whole field in the NFL in chunks. Now lets see if they punch it in.

And there it is.

Run sideways and lose yardage.
