RIP Legend.

Screenwriter of "The Graduate".  Creator of "Get Smart".  SNL early pioneer.

Fucking legend. Rest in peace, fine sir.

I had no idea he was the screenwriter for What's  Up, Doc?  That's a classic.

Motherfucker! That's a huge loss. Buck Henry was a legend. He invented the Cone of Silence.

Didn't realize he was still around, RIP.  An early SNL fixture for sure and his Uncle skits on there were hilarious but most assuredly wouldn't pass the muster today,  Glass Bottom boat rides.

He and the writers of 30 Rock got away with one of the dirtiest lines in TV history. He was Liz Lemon’s dad, Richard Lemon, and he came in town to celebrate Liz Lemon’s birthday. He told her  “you can’t have a Lemon party without old Dick.” Man, I miss that show.

I read where he was approach along with Mel Brooks to come up with a show blending two of the most popular movie franchises- James Bond and The Pink Panther.  "Get Smart" was born and was genius.

The guy was outstanding. I'm glad he lived past being widely recognized. I hope everyday was great for him. The world has too little room for creative geniuses like him for a mass audience anymore.

Rest in peace, good sir.

#99 - Barbara Felton - am I right, fellas?  You know what I'm saying.

He was in one of my SF favorites “The Man who fell to Earth”.  Also, he was great in Catch-22 and SNL.  RIP
