Yeah, pretty much.

Had some instahoes dancing around the pool.

Very pretty hotel.

Only complaint on the quality side was the food a notch or two below other similar hotels like Dorado in PR and Sugar Beach.

Wife and I headed back to Cabo at end of July. Staying at Auberge Esperanza.
Can’t wait.

Wife and I got back yesterday.  We stayed at the Hard Rock and had a swim up suite.  However, the wind was so bad the first few days our pool was frigid.  Too cold to get in as were 2 other pools right on the beachline.  It was crazy to be in the 80's and need a long sleeve shirt at times.

We were impressed with the food.  Drinks....eh.  No decent bourbon and only 2 beers.  Staff was good and resort was clean.

Was not ready for the time share pitch when we got there for their new resort.

The Giggling Marlin burned down this morning. FML.

Just got back.  Used points to stay at the Westin Villas. Wife and 3 kids , overall great week.  Did all the usual stuff, Arches tour on Cabo Blue, dinner one night at Sunset Mona Lisa and went in to Cabo San Jose for the arts and crafts walk.   First time to visit, been to Cancun a bunch in my 20's.  We will be back to  Cabo for sure.  Near the marina in Cabo seemed kind of sketchy.  We may opt for JW next time, I'm a big Marriott guy.  Transports all week were solid.  Used Uber a bunch and one driver went off line and picked us up a couple times.  Cabo airport shuttle was aok, had a couple beers from the guy when we landed, he took us to the grocery store too, as our unit had a full kitchen.

Food the whole week was average, no complaints, but wasn't great.  We probably went to all the touristy spots and of course the hotel is a volume play.  Weather was excellent and id give it a thumbs up for sure.

Heading back down next week. This is our third time going during the Thanksgiving week, but first time we will be there on Thursday. Last two times we opted to stay at our resort since the kids were younger, and one visit was during Covid.

I think I want to take the family on an excursion this time. Boys are 10 and 12.  I was thinking about a sailing/snorkeling trip with lunch included.  My wife won't snorkel, but she will drink the drinks.  Anyone have experience with any of the services down there?  Any other excursions that can be recommended.

I believe November is a good time for whale watching so that could be one day, then the sailing and snorkeling one day. I've done the sailing and snorkeling that includes lunch, which is a pretty good time with the family.
