As shitty as 2020 has been, Nats moving to international powers has probably been the highlight of the year. 

I'm from DFW and knew a lot of kids that played in the academy once they really started to turn it into something. None of them turned out to be worth a thing, but FCD has definitely been ahead on their academy development looking back on it

Union sold 21 year old CB Mark McKenzie to Genk for $6 million.  The Euro demand for US talent is only going to accelerate.  If USL developed fully funded academies, the US could be a permanent fixture in the Top 15.
