Heading to the Mavs game tomorrow night and need recommendations for parking.  I'll have two kids and my FIL with me, so I would prefer to park as close as possible.  Do I bite the bullet and get reserved parking (lexus garage/ blue lot) through a reseller, or are there other better options available?

Thanks in advance.

Where are you coming from? The DART drops right off in front of the stadium so you could park at one of the green line stations north and take the train down. Otherwise the Lexus garage is right next to the stadium.

second the train.  its a two minute walk to the no.7 club.  take the train.

Whenever I go to a Mavs game it's always TRE/Dart for me.

Third the train. Also, if you care about you children, then for the love of god don't accidentally get off at the West End station.

Took dart for first time there, was great, and agree fully on not stopping at west end.

If you have to drive, the garage between aac and 35 is pretty damn good too. Lexus requires a pass or just telling the (hopefully) young idiot attendant you have a handicap issue and they wave you in for $20

Driving in from Waco. Sounds like Lexus parking is way to go. Don’t want to add another element with dart and still have to to get back an hour and a half south. Appreciate the suggestions.

Only bad thing about the Lexus garage, it takes a fucking hour to get out of it.

shit if thats the case get there a little early and find a surface lot. nothing is more than a 10 minute walk really.  and the surface lots are relatively easy to get out of.

yeah i was gonna say the lots there are all pretty close.

is there actually anything of interest in the west end anymore?

The green line one stop north of victory plaza stop (can't remember the name) has a lot of parking and is fastest way to go to a game because you'll be out and at your car in a matter of minutes with zero traffic to deal with. It's the only way I go to concerts or Stars games

I bought blue lot parking and arrived an hour early.  Parked in first row and crossed street directly into the north entrance.  In our seats within 5 minutes.  Made it an easy get away to I35 leaving too, especially with my 70 year old father in law and a 10 and 13 year old in tow.

I will add the atmosphere at a mavs game seems far superior to any NFL game I have attended.

Texans games have fantastic atmosphere until they actually play...
