Maybe the announcers meant to say blue-balls. Since the Aggies have had an unsatisfied  hardon for a win in Omaha for the last 25 years.

Here are some schools that have CWS championships and are much more blue blood than aggy

Pepperdine

Coastal Carolina

Wichita State

Rice

Wake Forest

Holy Cross

Minnesota

Also aggy has a whopping .143 winning % at the CWS.  This ranks them just above Northern Colorado who has a .130 winning %, but to their credit has 4 more appearances than aggy and a runner up finish.

Also:  Fresno State

Vanderbilt

That's nine right there without mentioning a single blue blood.

Don't forget about TCU.

TCU, who basically had never been to NCAA post season until 1994 (the year after A&M won their last CWS game).

Since then the Frogs have eliminated the Ags from postseason play 3 times. And have won 11 games in Omaha in this decade, versus the Aggies' 2....in all decades combined.

According to RD, aggy only put "Texas" on their unis for our game...No "Texas A&M" at all.  Hmmm.
