I have a problem with a neighbor regarding a temporary easement and need a litigation attorney. Unfortunately for y'all, I don't want the details on a public board. Who do you all recommend?

If I were you, I'd look for a lawyer with a briefcase monkey.

We therefore expect you to reply with individual PM's.

You do need to put a little more information out there.  That's kind of like saying "i need a surgeon" when what you really need is a neurosurgeon. Not all litigators are going to be competent to handle your case, even if they go to court all the time on other matters (for example, I consider myself a litigator, but I'm a Family Law litigator, so I wouldn't be helpful in this instance).

1-2 days a week I consider myself a litigator. And it's exclusively real property litigation. I'm still not sure I could help, but feel free to PM me the deets, and I'll let you know.

Pretty sure this is what the sternly worded note was made for.
