Sold 15,000 shares of UURAF at $5.50 at the open.  Made $16,825.  Not a bad return for a one week position. Have made $34,325 trading UURAF since October 22.

So uuraf cliff diving, fuck it I’m back in

Same. Bought 10,000 shares of UURAF at $3.84. Have made $34,325 in the past several months selling the bounces with this stock. Target is $4.90/$5.00. Of the stocks I own, this is the only one without a core position. It pops and am selling the entire enchilada. Love the volatility of UURAF.

UUUU $6.06 to $5.13      20,000 shares avg cost $6.19

AMYZF $.08 to $.058      125,000 shares avg cost $.91

RVPH $1.28 to $1.81         15,000 shares avg cost $6.87

GERN $4.24 to $3.54       6,000 shares avg cost $3.19

Still holding all positions.  Not trading these stonks.  Hoping Santa rewards my patience in 2025. Happy New Year!

2025 Stonk Core /Non-Tradable Positions in Review. *New

IBRX $2.56 to $1.98. 9,000 shares at avg cost of $9.77

EOSE $4.86 to $11.46 15,100 shares at $5.79

UUUU $5.13 to $14.54 10,000 shares at $6.63

RVPH $1.81 to $.28 20,000 shares at $5.51

*GPHOF $1.41 9,000 shares at $1.33

*ARSMF $.31 30,000 shares at $.55

*APAAF $.13 63,000 shares at $.24

Trading Positions.

UURAF $3.94 10,000 shares at $3.84 Sell around $5

UUUU $14.54 5,000 shares at $15.10 Sell around $19

EOSE $11.46 3,000 shares at $13.92 Sell around $18

ASPI $5.35 5,000 shares at $7.66 Sell around $10

The account was up $200,000 in 2025 (rising from the ashes) thanks, predominantly, to UUUU & EOSE. Last year, I cut way back on IBRX, broomed the entire positions of both AMYZF & GERN, and went in deep on critical mineral stocks. The goal is to double the account’s value in 2026 to $1.2 million and will need to trade to make that happen. Hence, the trading positions. Everything in this portfolio is a stonk with moonshot potential. The safest bets are UUUU & EOSE which should double in 2026. They’re both off and running to start the new year with UUUU +$1.85 to $16.38 and EOSE +$1.49 to $12.96. Happy New Year and let’s make some winning trades in 2026, ya filthy animals!

Am remorseful for recommending AMYZF and for buying 125,000 shares of AMYZF at $.91 and selling at $.10. The stock could still ascend, but I got tired of waiting. Having said that, if you mention a failed recommendation, it’s only fair to mention those that were successful. So, let me guess. You bought UUUU around 5-6 and EOSE around 4-5?

Just being Surly. Unfortunately AMYZF was the only stonk I fucked around with. I had a 30% gain and literally posted here and got talked out of selling hoping for moon. Its a trivial amount of money and I don’t “blame” anyone for my decisions. I’ll hold it till moon or zero.

Apologies if I was the idiot who talked you out of selling AMYZF. Hopefully, it does a moonshot and you make bank. Buy UUUU on any pullback and EOSE around 13. In a year, you should double your money with both stocks. More than a double wouldn’t surprise me. This administration is uber focused on energy, nuclear, defense, and critical minerals. These are the areas to find stocks that are going to outperform. IMHO.

I sold my UUUU position for a loss, but put that money into SILJ, not a stonk, but a silver mining ETF. It's up about 14% since I bought, so I made back my UUUU loses. I'll probably jump back into UUUU at some point. GPHOF has been on a nice little run since about mid-December. Thinking about taking some profit as I'm up 15% in my position. I'm still down in my ARSMF position, but it's inexpensive, and feels like a lotto ticket, so I'll hold. I'm getting smoked in my WWR position, but it's a small stake. It's down probably 70% from where I bought it. I've got a little cash sitting in my tastytrade account and I'm temped to buy 3x my current position at the much lower price and hope I can get out of it on a bounce.

Sold the 10,000 shares of UURAF (cost basis $3.84) for $4.97 making $10,700. Not bad for buying/selling in seven trading days. Have made $45,025 trading UURAF since October and have an alert set at $4.05 to reenter. I love this stonk long term and, at some point, it will be a buy and hold. Not yet.

IBRX +.26 to $2.59. Conference in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday bringing together national leaders from the United States and Saudi Arabia. The Summit is designed to foster implementation and collaboration to accelerate the development, manufacturing, and global deployment of next-generation immunotherapies and healthcare technologies. Good volume and pushing into the close. If IBRX crosses $3, we might be on to something.

UUUU +$1.10 to $19.26 UUUU started 2026 at $14.54 Have 15,000 shares

EOSE +.85 to $16.13. EOSE started 2026 at $11.46. Have 18,100 shares

Rethinking trading any of the UUUU or IBRX positions as both are poised to kick some serious ass this year.

Here's the news. Positive results in trials for non small cell lung cancer. Exactly what this stock needed.

  • ANKTIVA® plus checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) therapy demonstrated statistically significant immune restoration across two clinical trials in 151 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)

  • In first-line NSCLC (QUILT-2.023), a randomized study demonstrated a statistically significant and sustained increase in absolute lymphocyte count (ALC) from baseline with ANKTIVA plus CPI compared with CPI alone (p=0.0065), establishing ANKTIVA's contribution as a lymphocyte-stimulating agent

  • In second- and later-line NSCLC (QUILT-3.055), a single-arm study demonstrated restoration or maintenance of ALC ≥1.0 × 10³ cells/µL in 77% of patients receiving ANKTIVA plus CPI (responders)

  • Responders receiving ANKTIVA plus CPI experienced significantly longer overall survival compared with non-responders (median OS 16.2 vs 11.8 months; HR 0.52; p=0.0369), directly linking immune restoration to clinical benefit

  • Patients achieving higher immune competence (ALC ≥1.2 ×10³ cells/µL) demonstrated additional survival benefit, with median OS of 21.1 months (HR 0.33; p=0.0009), independent of PD-L1 status, exceeding historical overall survival of 7-9 months with standard of care chemotherapy

  • A randomized Phase 3 confirmatory trial (ResQ201A) comparing ANKTIVA plus CPI versus docetaxel in second-line NSCLC is ongoing

ImmunityBio, Inc. ((IBRX), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company, today announced positive results from its ANKTIVA (nogapendekin alfa inbakicept) clinical program in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) based on two studies, QUILT-2.023 and QUILT-3.055. Across 151 patients spanning first-, second-, and later-line disease, ANKTIVA demonstrated statistically significant immune restoration and a consistent association between lymphocyte recovery and improved survival in checkpoint-experienced patients.

Checkpoint inhibitors such as pembrolizumab (Keytruda®) and nivolumab (Opdivo®) have transformed the treatment landscape for lung cancer; however, clinical benefit is often transient, and effective treatment options remain limited once patients progress following standard-of-care chemo-radiation and checkpoint inhibition.

QUILT-2.023 and QUILT-3.055 were designed to test the hypothesis that disease recurrence after checkpoint therapy reflects immune exhaustion and lymphocyte depletion, and that restoration of immune competence through activation of natural killer cells and CD8* cytotoxic T cells with ANKTIVA, in combination with checkpoint inhibitors, could improve outcomes.

And you could very well be kicking yourself next week (hell, tomorrow) for not selling today. She's a swinger. Eventually something will stick, but this news ain't it. It is encouraging though. Glad I'm in it.

I have a Roth IRA that is 100% IBRX. I just started it last year because I figured I needed a retirement fund with no tax consequences if I need car repairs or international vacay cash five years from now. I have my savings and retirement accounts set up so that my RMDs plus Social Security plus interest from savings accounts keep me in a good tax/IRMAA position. That Roth will be my mad money account. It won’t matter if I lose everything in it, but if IBRX goes <checks notes> to the moon, it might become my dine out in New Orleans five times a week fund that won’t impact my normal monthly retirement income.

This is the first day in quite some time that I’m in the green in that Roth account. Gonna put in $8,600 more IRBX for 2026 - but I feel confident I’ll be able to buy it the next time it drops. Because it will.

Since volatility makes for an interesting day, I’m thinking of buying ONCY @ 1.07. Another cancer immunologic drug play.

Any reason I should not? Or should I get in on the ground floor in the resurgence of mail order playful sea monkeys?

As we continue to smash the accelerator through the floorboard with the cliff edge 300 feet away, thoughts on making some cheddar on the growing civil unrest as folks realize they need some big iron? Kicking around swbi or rgr leap calls, started contemplating it Monday evening and both bitches ran up 5% since.
