I didn't really get it at the time but when Vince said they dont understand how gangsta we are was an understatement.

David Thomas was such a critical piece to this game. Caught almost every pass that went his way.

Fuck Leinhart and Bush!

And man... will any team have a secondary as good as that 2005 Texas team?

Michael Griffin-  1st rounder

Michael Huff- 1st rounder and Thorpe winner

Aaron Ross- 1st rounder and Thorpe winner

Cedric Griffin- 2nd rounder

Tarell Brown-  5th rounder

Not only were they all highly drafted, all had very healthy careers as NFL starters.

There's Marcus Allen.  No acknowledgement of Sean Salisbury.

Good on you, Keith.

This is where my obnoxious, "REG-GIE, REG-GIE" chants really got going.

lmao reggie you arrogant douche.
That was the other part. You could feel it around the stadium before the game. They thought there was no way they could lose to a bunch of texas guys.

That play was so critical. USC had the chance to drive to go up 10 or 14.

of course, but if A Ross didn't fumble we'd have already been up 7-0 anyway.

Lulz at Fouts talking about blitzing both Ting brothers.  Old "Month to Prepare" Pete did that over and over on the last two drives.  Didn't help.

OOOOO wow  I forgot they are rebroadcasting exactly as it was.    I cant wait until the ad where Keith royally fucks up the prom for that stupid Heather Graham show "emily's reasons why not" which I think only aired ONE fucking episode....   and Keith messed up the promo bad

Damn that cut was ridiculous.  He was inches from taking that one to the house.

Brian Carter also had a few clutch catches that kept drives going, including the final drive IIRC.

Big fg for Pino.  I mostly remember him for shanking a PAT in this game but that was big.

We had a kicker named Pino?

He was no Dusty Mangum. Granted, the guy has more FGs made in the Rose Bowl than I ever will.

How did that dipshit rule that incomplete?  He was standing right there and didn't even look down at his feet.

I always hate this cut of time.  The play before Griffin picks Leinart, Reggie Bush took a swing at one of our players and the refs didn't see it.  But that's never shown in this version.
