I wondered the same. The NW part of the state caught hell last night. I didn't think much of it hit south of Montgomery where they say he crashed, but who knows. Maybe he hit some standing water, there were flood advisories for different places.

It wouldn't be if it was funny.

About as accurate driving on roads (he hit a tree) as his passes were. Too soon?

I was thinking weather might have been an issue as well but based on pictures, it appears there was very little moisture there.
