It seems to me that any sort of opening up businesses again would probably require some sort of statutes limit liability for exposing people to the virus.  My thoughts would be that OSHA type standards of cleanliness would stay in place or be enhanced, but without some kind of legal amnesty, the litigation shit show would drown everyone.
