7 right now

No surprise there

Good for her. If she goes #1 thats good money to take.

Anyways, we finished the season 11-7 in conference. Last year under Aston we finished 11-7 as well. I want to see some improvement next season from Vic

I keep saying it but I am REALLY excited for Harmon, Moore and Hunter. Considering the last time we picked up 3 legit talents like that in one class, they all left - Boothe, Patterson and Littleton class.

Aint no surprise

TexasWBB will play Iowa State in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Tournament Friday at 10:30 am on ESPNU.

The full bracket below

Collier also named to Big 12 all-defensive team.

JoAnne Allen-Taylor, Kyra Lambert and Celeste Taylor received All-Big 12 honorable mention

Well in a couple hours we’ll see who’s available I guess

The only person I haven't seen in the practice photos or plane photos was Audrey.

19-18 ISU after 1

So far only Collier, Chevalier, Taylor, Allen-Taylor, Lambert, Holle and Ebo have played through 17 min of gametime.

Edited by Js1

Texas leads 32-27 at half.

Collier with 7 and 6.

Chevalier with 4 and 2.

Taylor with 5 and 3.

Allen-Taylor with 11 and 2. (3-5 3p%)

Lambert with 5 and 3.

Texas only shooting 29.3% and 33.3% BTA and 2-2 FT.  Losing the rebound battle 20-23. 10 ISU TOs to 1 (!!!) Texas TO.

Watching Lambert and Chevalier pass the ball when wide open drives me mad.

And then Lambert hits 2 threes since I typed it lol

51-45 Texas after 3

ISU sets their feet so fast. But Lambert with three second half 3s and Charli doing work against double and triple teams

And it shows. 14-5 run by ISU gives them a one point lead with 4 min to go.

Lambert finally shooting it! Tied up with 3:30 left.

LAMBERT 6th triple!

And Collier is out on a fifth foul on the inbounds (?!?!?!?).  So dumb.

Why were still in a press where Collier was running after people when she had 4 fouls.

Holy shit, that ISU player just dragged JAT backwards and no foul.

Texas ball, 69-69, 18.4.  ISU has a lot of fouls to give.

Allen-Taylor was tackled but luckily we had possession. Must be a theme for us with teams having 1 foul versus our 8.

Overtime.

77-76 Texas with 28 seconds.  Celeste going to the line.

Man ISU can just hit the three if you give them an inch of open space.

ISU is relentless hitting 3s.  Texas up 83-82 with 4.5 left.

Texas survives and advances 84-82!

3 game sweep of the Cyclone!

Texas and ISU are both on Creme's 7 seed line, so I don't think we have room to grow without a win over Baylor.

Damn it’s a good thing we were making our FTs. ISU couldn’t miss from 3 point land at the end

Guards came up huge without Collier in the game.

Still can't believe we won

ISU shot 56.9% and 47.1% from three, along with 16-19 FT.  Texas, by comparison, shot 37.5%, 38.2% from three and 11-14 FT.

Texas only had 6 turnovers.  ISU had 18.  Vic's defense did work.

Charlie 17 and 9, even though she fouled out

Ashley 11 and 5 and 4 assists

Celeste 11 and 6 and 4 assists

Allen-Taylor 20 and 2 and 9 assists (4-11 from three)

Lambert 23 and 7 and 6 assists (6-12 from three)

We only had 2 bench points (Ebo 2-3 FT).  So with Ebo and Holle coming in on the bench, looks like Ortiz, Coleman and Warren are the 3 Vic mentioned.

Refs are buttfucking us

The “tie ball” at the end of regulation was absolutely bullshit. Our girl grabs the ball, dribbles it once, gets hit on the arm and the ball bounces loose, then both teams grab it, all while right in front of a ref that was apparently deep in thought about dinner after the game. Fuck that ADD having motherfucker in his asshole! Great job, Ladies, and yes, that IS how you TEXAS FIGHT!

The Big 12 women’s semifinal featuring Texas and Baylor is on ESPN+ so I guess everyone won’t see us embarrass ourselves again

Looks like we are going double big with Ebo and Collier to start (3 guards, 2 bigs).  Yesterday we went smaller with Chevalier getting the start (4 guards, 1 big)
