Up 2 more spots to #17

One of the most anticipated games this week, UConn and Baylor, cancelled.

Kim has COVID (tested positive yesterday) and the program has restricted activity.

What’s wrong with Ebo?

In 2020/2021 thats generally code for Covid protocol

Vic said in his postgame that Warren is back this week and Ebo will be back next week.

Vic confirmed in his weekly presser that Ebo is back at practice this week but will not play tomorrow versus WVU.

24-18 WVU leads after 1Q
Collier picked up 3 fouls in the first 7 minutes of the game and will ride the bench until the middle of the 3rd quarter

Holy shit 3 fouls in 7 min?!?

Shitty TEXAS offensive possessions  over and over against WVU bench players...  WOW 😠

Down 46-29 at halftime

Woof. Having Charli out for most of it + no Ebo or Warren. I’m not surprised honestly.

Vic is elite but he’s not a damn miracle worker.

46-29 WVU. This game is a Karen Aston special. Just unprepared and all out of sorts

Yeah, Texas players seemed to freak out and revert to a lot of bad habits.

Find out a lot more about your players in a game like this... good and bad character is often revealed

if the effort is there and there isn't a complete breakdown in O or D responsibilities you burn it but with a new coach you might use it for teaching purposes.

if the effort isn't there, then you might use it as motivation.

92-58 FINAL   WVU Destroys TEXAS

Schedule changes - TCU date changed and we are making up the KU game due to Baylor not being able to play them

*Release from the Big 12 Conference below*

IRVING, Texas – Adjustments have been made to the Big 12 women's basketball schedule.

In accordance with the Conference's women's basketball game interruption guidelines, the Baylor at Kansas game scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 13, has been postponed due to BU not meeting the Big 12's roster thresholds.

The Big 12 will work with the two programs to reschedule the game for later in the season.

The TCU at Texas game on Thursday, January 14 will move back to its original date of Wednesday, January 20. The Longhorns will host Kansas on Thursday, January 14 in Austin.

Not too bad of a punishment for the WV blowout - fell 4 spots to #21.

Our win over Iowa State looks better. They just upset Baylor.

Yeah... ISU beat baylor in waco  😁

Wowza

I hate Mulkey but she aint wrong there. The 2020 NCAA tournament being cancelled costs hundreds of millions. The NCAA literally can’t afford that to happen again

She sucks but she’s not wrong. Not sure she wants to play but the NCAA wants the revenue. And 2 ACC women’s programs have already opted out

It's only teams with losing records dropping out. UConn hasn't played a game in a month but I guarantee you they won't cancel their season.

#1 Tree lost in OT against Colorado

28-33 Tech at half

3:35 to overcome a 5 point deficit

Not gonna call the season derailed but we aren’t good. Aston really left some shit outside of Taylor and Collier.  REALLY need the talent infusion coming in next season

We’ll probably make the tournament as a 9 seed and lose in the first round.

Sounds about right. This loss is way worse than our loss to WVU. Collier should be our best player but she’s a major liability right now
