April 13, 20187 yr Been using this Cruz pork rub and love it. Guy is out of San Angelo but has been getting his stuff into a lot of HEB’s lately. Has a full line of other stuff , some I have but haven’t tried yet. Guy I know through work has this Piement d Ville Basque basque chili pepper. He gave me some to try out. It is fantastic. Not super spicy, but has a nice flavor. It is a nice addition to those who are creative in the kitchen. Seems like he told me a while back he was the only one that grows these peppers here in the states. Problem is, the shit isn’t cheap. About $12 per ounce.
April 16, 20187 yr Author I used to make fun of women who buy wine based off the label, but then I bought that once because it said Tickler on it. It was good though.

April 18, 20187 yr I put some of this newly acquired stuff on the pork ribs I made last night and it was tasty. If you like spicy it has a little bit of a kick to it. Not too much at all. Some of the reviews are hilarious - too hot to eat, etc. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HDE2P0I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
