  • Here's my Kentucky scouting: They are athletic as hell, BUT they are not as tall as Wisconsin or Nebraska.  Their block should not provide huge issues in terms of intimidating Fields/Eggleston.

They're both unacceptable.

23-18 CorN. TO Texas

Does anyone else feel like the commentators are acting like Skylar playing well is surprising? I mean she was FOY

Giving away too many points

Yeah, I hate giving away free points -- make CORN earn their points

Anyone else find the false eyelashes while playing (Charli Collier, Stivrins) pretty weird?

A sweep would have been great, but not realistic.

Corn 25-19. 1-1

My serving philosophy is yeah, sure, serve tough - but situationally. Sometimes you just have to get it in and give the other team the chance to fuck it up. See Chris Marlowe's cardinal sins of serving. Never miss a serve on set or match point, out of a timeout, etc, etc.

Lexi Sun can't score a point if the ball doesn't go into the net. Yet the commentators keep fellating her.

Def not. This was destined to go to 5. Its Texas and freaking Nebraska

Yep, we have errors at some critical junctures.  Sometimes you should just put it in play.

I'll take it in 4, tyvm.

Jhenna can’t get predictable with her sets

Yep, could have been a couple of middle quicksets there.

Yeah, the sets are not very good -- as a result kills are down in Sets #2 and #3 so far for TEXAS

Texas up 8-6 after a 5-0 run. TO Corn

Smart TO by Nebraska. Eggleston should keep serving the same way until Nebraska figures out how to return it.

O'Neal needs to stay on the court as much as possible. She's is beasting at the net!

Hell, I'd like to fellate her.  Or vice versa.

And there it is. Serve missed by a mile out of a TO. Totally let them off the hook. Blows my mind every time.

Why no block from Fields there?

Little hesitant on the whistle there, refs. That obviously didn’t clear

Commentators: Nicklin Hames. Nicklin Hames. Nicklin Hames. Nicklin Hames. Nicklin Hames.

Ace! Ace!

It was tight, she probably thought it was going to be a tip, so she pulled off the net instead of getting it thrown off her hands and out of bounds

Corn wheels coming off ...

Yep. Was a surprised she “swung”

I guess it was NICKLIN HAMES with the falsies, not Stivrins.  Got my blondos confused.

18-12 Texas!! Corn uses their last TO
