Dude cracks me up. Lebron level talent with none of the obnoxious ego. https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/45839089/nikola-jokic-celebrates-horse-winning-race-serbia-denver-nuggets

I tend to agree with that, but I would like to see a couple of more seasons at this level to cement it. A few more 25/11/8 seasons and for sure. Especially because I don't give a shit about titles when ranking individual players.

The only person in the consensus Top 14* with only one championship is Oscar Not saying even disagree, but the Top 10 is so fucking stacked that would be hard not to hold that against him in the team sport where one player can make the most difference. *not including Jokic, in no particular order: Shaq, Russell, Wilt, Larry, Magic, MJ, Bron, Duncan, Hakeem, Oscar, Kobe, Steph, KD, KAJ
October 31Oct 31 prime jokic > prime lebron. imagine jokic getting play in the east with kyrie, or in the east with d wade and bosh and riley and spo. i don’t care how many titles he wins (neither does he), jokic is the best player of this century. ….for now. wemby coming. 👀

November 8Nov 8 jokic is the goat. Wish he wasn’t on our rivals I wasn’t forced to hate him but gotta love the guy….only when he’s not against us
November 8Nov 8 dude is on pace for what should be his what 6th mvp? 5th? Normally I wouldn't say shit this early in a season but come on man this is a PEAK from 2020 to now where 30 pt triple doubles are his pretty much his norm. he didn't get one last night, missed it by a few. oh no. still shot 80% from the field. 12/15. is that good? November 9Nov 9 32/14/14 last night on 14 FGs attempted (only one three point FG, which he made). Turnovers were up but that’s just quibbling. Edited November 9Nov 9 by MrX
November 9Nov 9 he should currently be a 5x mvp. the embiid mvp was an absolute joke, and the sga was even more voter fatigue. absolutely nobody believes that sga is better than jokic, and considering what each of them had to work with last year it’s pretty damn hard to argue that sga had the better season. he’s wilt. he’s so obscenely good that people have to find reasons to act like he’s not.
November 12Nov 12 if jokic ends his career with one title he’s going to shatter the “titles are what makes you great” glass ceiling. wilt, jordan, lebron, jokic. that’s the four best players ever. if you throw out team accomplishments, it becomes very difficult to say that anyone has ever been better than jokic currently is. oh yeah, and he’s back to showing up pudgy and shit. he’s playing himself into shape again. he’s going to keep getting better.

If Denver can continue to basically play teams to even with Jokic on the bench, they're going to win the NBA Championship this year.
November 15Nov 15 wemby recently had these two back to back off nights, and it made me realize that jokic never has one. it just doesn’t happen, and i’ve never seen that before. mj, lebron, steph, kd, giannis, luka- everyone has bad nights. except for jokic. his off nights are fewer, further between, and less severe than any player of my lifetime. his best is as good as/better than anyone else’s best, and his worst is better than any other elite player’s worst. his nightly floor is remarkably high.
November 30Nov 30 Would be funny if he entered and won the dunk contest one year actually let’s have him win the dunk, 3 pt, and skills things in the same year. Edited November 30Nov 30 by Pato del Muerto
