What contract and safeguards do I need to put in place beforehand to make sure that we continue to own the website and social media pages and can add some content and transfer to a different company if the one we are switching to can't deliver?

May 27, 20205 yr In a sane world, you might need to license back some of that so the developer can reuse things. Or a license to you of everything might be a little less draconian.
