Spoiler

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) — An 18-year-old was arrested after he set a bucket of kittens on fire during an argument on May 15, a Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office report says.

Colonel William Carr, of Milton, is charged with torturing/inflicting pain of an animal.

According to the report, a woman stated she went over to a house located at the 10000 block of Steephead Road in Milton to help Carr paint the inside.

The woman brought two cats and kittens with her to the home. The animals were in a black bucket, the report states. When Carr and her got into an argument, Carr threatened to burn the kittens.

The report states Carr then took a torch lighter, set a cereal box on fire and threw the box into the bucket. It caused the side of a kitten’s face and head to catch fire, singeing the whiskers.

Carr was later arrested and released from the Santa Rosa County Jail.

There's no way one's life is going the way they dreamed as a child if they ever find themselves having to carry around a bunch of cats in a bucket.

Was the reporter unable to find employment at the Thrifty Nickel? That should obviously be "When Carr and her got into it, a'ight..."

Hiring an 18-year-old to do house painting is a bad idea even if they don't try to set your cats on fire.

More of a hellacious wax job if you know what I mean...

Taking the [something triggering] "I'm gonna go kick a puppy" to a whole new level

I used to paint houses for free wine at 20...No complaints. No return engagements either.

That's not how it works when "you paint houses"
