August 8, 20205 yr Martin Kaymer was 4 under yesterday. He's 11 over today, with some more holes left.
August 8, 20205 yr If it keeps playing so much harder in the afternoon/evening it’ll be interesting Sunday to see if someone can post a score early and hang on.

August 8, 20205 yr On 18th, In the rough right of green in 2... August 8, 20205 yr How the fuck do you watch Rose and Johnson go right of the green and then you do the same damn thing? Damnit Jordan, then after the shot he says to himself, just hit it left. Well no shit.

Besides Koepka, Berger, Fleetwood, DJ and Schauffele there's a lot of lesser known players higher up the Leader Board right now. Might be someone at -3 or -4 that shoots a low round Saturday and really gets in the mix for Sunday... I expect to see Day, Rose, Li and Lorenzo-Vera to fall back tomorrow... Two Longhorns at -3... Scheffler & Frittelli After 2 Rds, this is the 5th hardest course in a Major to to hit the fairways... Scrambling and lucky lies will play heavily in who wins this PGA Championship. With course firming up, Saturday and Sunday could be brutal... Edited August 8, 20205 yr by LTtxfan

August 8, 20205 yr JT is 3 under through 5. Jordan is 3 over through 5. Come on. 6 stroke difference. That’s about right. Their games are worlds apart at this point.

Take it from a big Rory fan that's waiting for another major.

August 8, 20205 yr Who do y'all like heading into the weekend? I don't see Li winning. In fact I would put a large sum of money on him not. Have to like Brooks. I like Fleetwood too.

August 8, 20205 yr 7 minutes ago, Dr. Beeper said: No he’s not. Since the restart his best finish is T11 and of the other 4 finishes the best result is T32. He’s consistently average. He hasnt won this year, and I can’t imagine how he’s still ranked 3 in the world. Id take everyone in the Top 17 over him right now. I mean yeah his current form is poor but it's a 2 year ranking. He won a Players, Tour Championship and WGC in calendar 2019.
August 8, 20205 yr 28 minutes ago, Dr. Beeper said: Yeah he’s playing off last year. He’s not far off from Jordan right now. I'm not sure what you're trying to argue. There's a reason it's a 2 year ranking. Yes, they have similar results in their past 5/6 outings - but the difference is that those 5 tournaments have been a very poor stretch of play for Rory and a pretty expected one for Spieth. Their baselines are not remotely comparable. Edited August 8, 20205 yr by ztejas
August 8, 20205 yr Spieth's biggest problem right now is... Playing angry and immature... Edited August 8, 20205 yr by LTtxfan
August 8, 20205 yr 16 minutes ago, Dr. Beeper said: I wasn’t trying to argue with YOU. I agree on WHY he has a 3 ranking. It is not deserved and 4thand5 said he was consistent in nonmajors. Well, not really. I agree baselines aren’t comparable, but Rory is trending significantly downwards. Over the last 3 months their games are extremely similar. Their results are similar. I don"t think their games are similar. At all, really. Just look at betting odds. Rory is a threat to win on any given week. Jordan is not and hasn't been in a very long time. 5 events is a very small sample size to claim they are playing similar golf. It just takes one week for someone to get back to good form.
