Got a new truck Saturday and want another locking bed cover.

My last was a bacflip and it was trash.

Would like a hard one and not vinyl type.

I bought a used Roll N Lock 5 or 6 years ago, no idea how old it was then.  It has worked flawlessly and I love it.  Still using it.

For the last two trucks I used the metal retrax one and loved them.  A little pricey but rolled easily, looked good, was durable and didn’t let water through.

I also have a Retrax Pro MX.  I love it.

I’m a big fan of the Undercover Ultra Flex. I’m looking for one for the new truck which will make 3 I’ve had. They were hard to find a few weeks ago, but it looks like they are back in stock.

I've had the Extang Solid Fold 2.0 on my last 3 or 4 trucks.  It's sturdy enough that you can set some stuff on top while load and unloading (I think they claim up to 200-300 pounds, but I wouldn't try it).  It folds up and leaves about 2/3 of your bed open and buckles that way so you can drive the highway with no issues.  It's pretty easy to put on and take off and even easier with two people.  It's not completely waterproof, but very little water gets in (usually at the tailgate where the seals get bent opening and closing the tailgate).
