Damn he was a damn good player back in my favorite era of the NBA.

I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Unc during his time in Detroit. He was a totally good dude and would take a ton of time for fans and kids which was unique for a lot of the bball guys I worked with at the time. 

Dude was also basically Snoop, I don't think I ever saw him for more than 5 minutes not inside the arena where he wasn't blowing trees. 

Not a good week for The Old Big East. Coach Thompson, UConn's Cliff Robinson and then Pitt's Demetreus Gore died of a heart attack while working out in the gym. Over the years I had met all three. 'Meech was an acquaintance while we were at Pitt. He was a good dude.
