If I ever buy a bass, this is the first song I'm learning

Well, when Henry Mancini is writing your them song you just know it's gonna be great. Peter Gunn in a boat race.

I don’t know what park started using this as “opposing team mound visit” song. But it works perfectly.

I see your Mancini, and counter with a Quincy Jones trifecta

Yeah I didn't watch it either but know the theme song by heart.

Another one that's similar, never watched it but will always know the theme song:

And then, a pair of late 80s Viet Nam-based TV shows that used existing pop songs as their themes:

Yup, I love that show, and what a perfect theme song.

About 20 or 25 years ago were were at the beach sitting on a rooftop ocean side bar. There was a guy playing guitar, and after he took a break somebody started singing a theme song from something, and before you know it the whole place was singing along.

20 minutes later we were all still singing, 40 or 50 people,  and the guy came back to play his next set, but couldn't because no one would shut up.  He stormed off, and everybody just sang louder.

Good call particularly the Leftovers. IIRC season 3 had a different theme song for each episode

Many great ones listed.  You're all playing for 2nd, of course.

I think you're right.  I felt bad that I couldn't remember season 3's song since that's one of my favorite shows of all-time, and I didn't bother searching because I thought it couldn't have been that memorable if I'm blanking on it.  Apparently they did use a bunch of songs, including this one which is hilarious:
