Devonte Smith was the best player in 2020. Trevor Lawrence is the best player in Football.

Vote as you like.

Pretty impressive, given those guys played a few more games than Trask.

Give it to Devonta Smith.  The yearly QB award gets stale.

I met Trask and his family about 5 years ago at a brazoria county trade show. His mom runs a fudge business and I bought some Trask fudge. Would recommend /csb

Four Heisman finalists on the same field, three at the same position, on the same team.

Thats insane. But voters may cancel out each other. Trevor should win.

Alabama will eat it's own votes (I think the Orange Tiger will win in this year)...

I'm happy with either Smith or Lawrence. Mac Jones deserves it as much as I do. He's just a product of a system, nothing more.

It's not the system dropping dimes/hitting receivers in stride way downfield.

Disagree that it should ever be a career award, didn't the voters establish that when they voted Woodson ahead of Manning?  Anyways, fuck the Hiesman and their voters, I'd vote for Trask.

Those handoffs to the other near heisman finalist are something too.

You mean the guy taking those handoffs from a Heisman finalist behind an NFL line with a Heisman finalist stretching the field.

Such lazy voting. College football is hell-bent on returning to being a regional sport, only this time apparently just one region.

College football sucks ass right now. The same 3 teams that cheated their way to the top now have so much talent they end up in the playoffs every year, and because the Heisman is nothing more than the best player on the best team, they get Heisman nominations every year, and a top recruiting class every year because they are always in the playoffs and always getting Heisman nominations. It’s a stupid circle jerk that the fans of the other 20 programs are tired of watching every year. Eff college football.

Do you think he's good enough to win the Heisman in any year? He strikes me as more of a McElroy than a Tua.

So depressing as a fan of anyone else. We’re so far from being able to compete with that.

Oh yeah. We're years away, and that's sad. Our athletic department is full of dipshits

I said the exact same thing after the ou game in ‘03 too. That’s the only thing that keeps me optimistic. Maybe Vince 2.0 is on his way...

The Nick Saban era of dominance is undeniably great, but I can make a pretty long winded argument that his model, combined with the SEC model, ruined college football.

I think that Casey 1.0 looked pretty fucking outstanding in 19 minutes in San Antonio.

Looked like Justin 1.0 in New Orleans, but no cracked ribs
