Things I've learned from watching the local news:

Lizzy Fletcher is a Nancy Pelosi lapdog.

Wesley Hunt is a Trump boot licker.

Sri Kolkani (sp?) is a coke head radical.

Troy Nehls is a corrupt ex-cop.

Dan Crenshaw lied about masks.

Sima Lad... is a socialist and BBQ vendors are afraid of her.

Every five minutes in the morning.

lol.. where I'm at I don't know who is paying for the Troy Nehls negative ads, but they must have spent a fortune.

I haven't listened to 590 on a while, but had it on driving to soccer practice the other day.  It's a 10 minute drive there and back.  I think that I heard that one at least 5 times during the round trip.

I like the mj-cornyn-mj trifecta I get in the mornings watching news.

So happy to avoid the bulk of the negative ads by avoiding local news and cable tv.

And they wonder why more and more people cut the cord

Or why more and more people get pissed off about politicians/politics. The defacto campaign approach is primarily attack your opponent. Fear sells. But the take away is pretty much vote for Candidate A, because if candidate B wins, you will be raped relentlessly by ISIS camels. Tap into fear to gather votes rather than inspire hope to gather votes. Football games this weekend were basically a non-stop barrage of negative ads, and I was getting pissed off just having to mute my TV or change the channel.
