We have credible accusations of rape by a grown woman, and now by a 13 YO girl, and yet some want to think that Trump didn't abuse Ivanka.

I'm thinking some people need to reevaluate just how despicable this man most likely is.

No shit. He has demonstrated time and time again that not only does he not value any human life other than his own, but also that he views women as possessions, not as people. He feels no guilt about abusing them, so it is preposterous to think he hasn't used money and power to cover up and justify all kinds of horrible things we haven't even imagined.

Even if that were completely, 100% true, which is historically doubtful, and it were true that slaves led more secure, healthier lives than they might have in Africa had they not been enslaved, the party who finds it an infringement on their freedumb to wear a mask or get a vaccination doesn't see the problem.

socialism was good for the slaves !!!!!

It's very possible that they weren't abused.

At least up until they decided they were done being slaves and tried to leave.  And then I'm sure the kind words stopped.

Those BLM protesters better not block the streets because George Floyd got murdered by cops, but hooray for the truckers blocking the streets in Canada because they don’t want to get vaccinated.

Hope those crazy Canucks can survive without getting their LaBlatt Blue Light due to the trucker caravan.

pull that shit in Florida and you can run them over !

Lulz at “draconian”.  The timelines were so draconian that … what?   you weren’t able to come up with a plausible legal basis for the lawsuit. Yet you sued anyway. That’s exactly why you are being sanctioned

I’d bet money that it was Sidney Powell who drafted the executive order to seize voting machines. She’s a fucking loon but she’s also a traitor who should hang. Whatever happens to her, she’s getting off easy.

I disagree.  The judge did not portray them as "overwrought, dangerous lunatics."  The shit they filed in open court did that.  The judge just saw it.  If you want to avoid that, the best thing to do is.....not be an overwrought, dangerous lunatic in public filings.

When someone tells you they’re an overwrought, dangerous lunatic, believe them.

Sanctions orders do have a tendency to be overturned.  Part of that is that the trial court is actually aggrieved by the misconduct in the "first person," while the court of appeals views it on a cold record.

But, I think because this sanctions order was entered after all the wailing and gnashing of teeth was over, instead of in the middle of it as is often the case, this one stands a pretty good chance of standing up on appeal.

This. It’s supported and supportable by undisputed conduct, after numerous opportunities for them to correct their path.

Also, I should clarify, by "overturned." I mean remanded to the district court for a do-over.  Not that they go away entirely.

"Sad that he got shot, he just should have complied -- that's what happens when you don't obey a lawful order!"

[blonde white chick fucking kicking at officers, resisting the whole way.....released from custody on the scene]

[amended statement below]

"So....sad that other dude got shot.  He just shoulda been a blonde white chick!"

Jesus fuck.  This country, man.

If this had been in Minneapolis, they'd have nabbed her with a no-knock warrant, so you know, small blessings and all that.

I wonder if it was a bench warrant.

Would you get ahold of yourself, man?  You're an officer of the court.  There is no such thing as the "Super-Supreme Court", dammit!

You know damn well those justices you mentioned are part of the 'Fantastic Tremendous Supreme Court' as seen on NBC.

Let's grab Waffle House next week.

My trial schedule just cleared, so we're on.  Let's pick a day.

And you can hear my idea for a "Smothered and Covered Supreme Court."

You are into the kinkiest shit.
