November 16, 20205 yr Windshields. I constantly clean my windshield. Inside and out. I have a loaner while my truck is in the shop and the inside was so hazy I had to clean it with alcohol and glass cleaner. Leaves. I hate leaves on my driveway so much I blow them off a few times a week. Weeds. I walk my yard in the growing season a few times a week at 7a and kill them.
November 16, 20205 yr My outlook has to be the leftmost icon on my bottom icon bar. In previous versions of windows that meant closing out every program on my comp if outlook ever inadvertently closed and you couldn’t move the order, it was based on when programs were opened.
November 16, 20205 yr no matter how many times I’ve tugged on myself in a day, if I open a new tab and begin the act it must be finished. period no exceptions. I can be up against a deadline and furiously yanking on an abused and limp soggy sausage that has vomited six times previously that day, and I’ll keep flogging that thing for an hour until it dry heaves one more time. it pisses me off and drives me crazy.
November 16, 20205 yr I'm very particular about order, both at home, and in my office at work. Everything has a "place," and I immediately notice if anything has been moved...even slightly - which is usually done, on purpose, by one of my kids, or co-workers, just to F with me. Of course, I return it to it's place, immediately. Keys, salt & pepper shakers, coffee pods, spoon rest, laptop, everything in bathrooms, remotes, dishes, garage.....even my dip can when I'm home. You name it, it has a home. Same things as my office at work.....legal pads, stapler.....paperwork.....you name it. Edited November 16, 20205 yr by former alkie I forgot to add a comment

It's really fun when you've do a bunch of cocaine and then start watching porn. Can turn into a 2-3 hour ordeal.

November 17, 20205 yr I'm a slob. Nothing has to be ordered. You couldn't stress me with a broom and a bucket of shit.
November 17, 20205 yr My wife just recently moved out (another story, another day). I've spent the last 2 days tidying this place up. 15 yo Daughter (no pics) said to me yesterday, "the house is really clean. It makes me nervous." They are spending 3 days at their mom's, and the sleeves will be rolled up and this house will be turned upside down. I'm a loser b/c I'm excited to clean, lol
November 17, 20205 yr I never realized I had an OCD bone in my body until the first time I let my son mow the yard.

Well, except for the fact that I have about 75% of the OCD gene that my dad has. So, I'm definitely more OCD than not. I like things neat and in order, but I think it's relatively passive compared to my pops who is over the top. Except for the yard. That has to be perfect. I have finally acquiesced to letting my son mow. When he started last year, we did "post mow debriefs", and I gave him pointers on flow, pattern, deck height adjustments and bagging procedure. He's about 80% of the way there, so my anxiety has waned a bit. Mowing the yard is serious bidness.
