819 yards in a game is pretty tough to improve on

What? What?    Leach counts Mouse Davis as an influence, but Leach's offense is the Air Raid.

Mahomes had a fairly decent QB mentor while he toiled on the South Plains...

Mahomes reached his full potential under Andy Reid, who shits on Leach in terms of developing QBs and giving them the best chance to win. Mahomes under Leach wouldn't have looked any different than he did under Kliff.

this shit cracks me up.  $13 donations for Patricia's win total in the Motor City.

Lions fans donate to Deshaun Watson's charity in droves after Texans' win

It's happening again.

One of the league's best trends is now occurring in Detroit, where Lions fans are giving to the charity of Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson as a thank you for his role in Thursday's win. Watson was near-flawless on Thanksgiving with a multi-score victory over Detroit that clinched the firing of head coach Matt Patricia and GM Bob Quinn.

The Lions cleaned house on Saturday.

Just like Bills fans giving to Andy Dalton's charity after the then-Bengals QB helped them reach the playoffs, and just like Bills fans (again) giving to Josh Allen's charity to honor his grandmother, now it's Lions fans.

As a show of appreciation for Watson's four-touchdown performance, countless Lions fans had given to the Deshaun Watson Foundation -- totaling $1070 as of Sunday morning. Watson’s foundation is dedicated to "education, health, housing and other charitable causes that support families and youth in underserved communities," according to its website.

Many fans donated $13 for Patricia's 13 wins against 29 losses.

Watson will match the donation, providing the first 100 with free lunch at Lefty's in Detroit, the same restaurant that catered the Texans' pregame meal on Wednesday night. Watson is a large equity owner in Lefty's, a casual dining franchise, which opens in Houston in mid-December. It's his way of saying thank you.

I fixed it.

I agree.  There was no better landing spot in the NFL than Kansas City for Mahomes to learn that first season under a pro like Alex Smith and then blossom under the continued  tutelage of Andy Reid.  Zero doubt.

Over/Under 5 career MVPs for Mahomes?

He'll have two at 25 years old. Manning won his 2nd at 28.

It's all about injuries and continuity, and by that, I mean how long does Big Red intend to coach.   It's a mutual benefits thing for sure...

Hard to know how voter fatigue and all that will come into play. But barring injury or some sort of weird personal issue, he's going to go down as the best ever and it won't be close.

Um. Under. Maybe it would be a more interesting bet if you didn't set it at the record MVPs number.

Davante is the Derrick Henry of WRs.

No. DK is.

I mean production. Dude is a beast every single week.

Haha fair. From a physique standpoint DK reminds me of Henry.

Was that graphic correct that Adams has 11 receiving TDs and is 4th in the NFL? That's nuts that there are 3 guys with over 11 receiving TDs already.

Looks like Tyreek 13, Davante, Evans, & Thielen 11 now.

So he's 2nd.

Thanks 😆

Trubisky riding the bench didn’t improve his game.

How did refs miss such blatant face masks causing the fumble?

Trubisky is fucking trash. Can we please quit putting the Bears on national tv?

Didn't see a week 14 thread.  Colt is starting today for the Giants.

Diggs just picked off Colt.

Saints hang on. Taysom experiment is a little tiresome.

What is with the ball security? Should have been a 38-6 win.

Raiders have wins over 10-2 NO and 10-1 KC and a loss to the Jets. That’s why I don’t gamble.

Russ loses a fumble that's recovered by NY.  They're hanging in.

We have a 5-0 & a 28-0 right now.

Not anymore.

Seattle shitting the bed today.

Jets really called a zero Blitz and left an undrafted corner 1-on-1 with one of the fastest WRs in the league.

Hi! Trevor Lawrence.

Colt is severely underrated, dude is just a flat out winner. Everytime he's called upon he delivers. That time in Cleveland destroyed his rep. I don't he would've ever had an MVP season but he would've been solid given a legit chance. Similar career to Romo.

That James Harrison hit seemed to alter his career. Standing on the sidelines and cashing checks for over a decade is nice though.

This is not Russ's best game.  He's been off all day.
