Both played for good HS programs; Prosper and Cy-Woods. They weren't hard to find, but I'm glad we got 'em.

I remember Majors was a sought after recruit, but I thought Jones was kind of a diamond. Regardless, appreciate the correct, and yeah, I'm very happy we landed them

Just watched replay on youtube tv. Complete  dislocation ankle likely. Turned 180 degrees. Sometimes those get compound and open fractures. Couldn’t see rest of lower leg however.

Poor taste and too easily misinterpreted. Apologies.

Uh oh. That looked bad. Somewhere Cosmi is breathing heavy, sad for his teammate, but thankful he made the decision he did

Damn, I feel for Kerstetter.  I know he’s played terrible with lots of penalties this year,  it I hope this isn’t career ending.  He had NFL tape last year.  I hope he comes back next year stronger.

Yeah...he got bull-rushed by Herbert there. Not pretty.

Gus doesn’t seem like he wants to respond to Klatt’s comment about game seeming to be now unimportant.

So what happened? I saw the play but didn't see what happened.

Yeah, definitely was below the knee

2020 cannot even let us enjoy a one sided meaningless football game without ruining Derek's career in gruesome fashion. Fuck I feel ill. Suddenly this got unfun.

Jones was projected as somewhat of a project, but Majors was a "can't miss" kid

still throwing the ball. fuck you herman

I saw the first replay. It was pretty bad. Knee stayed under him as he fell back over his body. I can't imagine it was any more gruesome than Dak Prescott's injury though. It is odd that Fox would refuse to show it again, though.

During the replay they have live audio and you can hear him yelling and saying oh fuck! Damn that sucks

Looked like a femur compound fracture. I am not a doctor.

Its not a femur

like prescott?  not a knee?

Damn...I feel horrible for that kid.  Thoughts for him and his family.  I can't imagine seeing that happen to your son.

Sucks bad, he was one of the most selfless players too. Cosmi bails so he's out there playing tackle instead of center. Shit sucks.

Somehow this is Herman's fault, should've hired CUM last week

"makes the game feel secondary" it already was unimportant you dolt

BTW - aggy at the top of the Rollercoaster over on ESPN - 14-10 @half. Auburn was leading 10-7.

I hit rewinds and watched the injury....don’t do it. Kerstetter appears to have broken and/or dislocated his ankle. Really ugly injury where his foot was turned completely around backwards

Dislocated would be best case scenario I think. Looked higher than his ankle though.

This wouldn’t have happened if Cosmi didn’t opt out and Ellinger didn’t hold onto the ball forever. The first is understandable.

Project was the word I was looking for on Jones. So glad he's getting better each week. Maybe they'll move him to LT in a few years and continue the trend

So ankle or femur. Cool.

Looked like the DL literally lifted him off his feet and carried him into the backfield. Wtf does our strength and conditioning coach do?

Good God, Dicker. Seriously?

Shout out to the poster who corrected me on Dicker and his inconsistencies a few weeks back. Can't remember who, but you were spot on. I'd rep you if I could

Compound fracture?

Complete break of bone that them protrudes through skin. Infection complications a worry. Just conjecture.

Dicker hasnt been the same since Buj is no longer holding for him

And that’s why Cosmi opted out. Brutal.

Exactly.  Feel terrible for Derek, but that's 100% why Cosmi opted out.
