If you're in San Antonio a place called NOLA Brunch and Beignets already sells these. Not necessarily ones filled with chocolate, but they sell lemon filled ones and a monthly seasonal flavor as well as just normal beignets. This month is gingerbread. I've had other flavored ones in the past like key lime and mangonada and they're great.

Will have to check a couple dozen of those out.

Brisket probably already has.

Went today but was missing from my order, knew I should've checked before heading out.

They were not on the menu at either of the locations I visited this week.  Because, you know....the precision and order of Popeyes.

The Popeye's on North Lamar, past Rundberg, has them.

There's a Popeye's close to work, but I'm off this week.
