April 24, 20187 yr PROBABLE STARTING PITCHES TUESDAY—Houston LHP Lael Lockhart (1-0, 2.70) vs. Texas RHP Tristan Stevens(0-0, 0.00)
April 24, 20187 yr Lucky to get out of that only giving up one. Also, that second to last chick carrying the corona has some massive titties
April 25, 20187 yr 2-0 on 5-3 ground out. 3-0 on another ground out. Edited April 25, 20187 yr by zlavydra
April 25, 20187 yr About to go from potential host to on the bubble for the field of 64 if we get blown out here. This is pathetic baseball by Texas
April 25, 20187 yr Someone pointed out that the 08 squad actually had a worse ERA than this squad. It was Ruffin, Wood and Kasparek. While I remember those names and as decentish pitchers, I don't remember that season very well, and I have been "watching" religiously since 2000 or 2001, and also from 84-91. And this is the worst pitching I can recall Texas ever fielding. Looking back, that was the year we went to the Rice regional and lost our opener to St. Johns, eliminated by Rice. We did win the Big XII tourney though. Edited April 25, 20187 yr by TwiceHorn
April 25, 20187 yr Our fundamental problem is that we aren’t very good. But we’re better than we’re showing here. Wake up, fellas.

The pitching was terrible, but Kyle Russell was knocking balls out of the park left and right, as were lots of guys all over the country. It was a different game with the old ball. I think Ruffin moved to the starting rotation late in the year. We still almost won 40 games
